After working in teaching and learning, education management, and publishing, Phil retrained in sustainability after an IPCC report and the birth of her son forced me to rethink, well, everything. Always learning, she wrote her MBA dissertation on gender and the organisation, and is currently completing an MSc, focusing on tracking the real social and economic, as well as environmental, impact of a product through the supply chain. She's great at getting stuff done, is naturally collaborative, and cares deeply about her work. One of her proudest moments, she says, was when she and her team said were human hygge.
