Eva is Managing Partner and CEO of Conduit Connect, a leading impact investment platform and market builder. The Conduit Connect is on a mission to democratise access to impact investing opportunities. It provides Education courses, a regulated Investment platform and an EIS Impact Fund. The fund focuses on four key themes: Climate, Education, Health and Inclusion. Diversity and inclusion is a theme that runs across all Conduit Connect’s activities from its own team, to its portfolio and investor base.

Previously, Eva was COO at C5 Accelerate where she built and ran their global accelerator programme. C5 incubated and invested in pre-series A tech startups using cloud technology for positive social change. Eva is also a trustee for the Kay Mason Foundation, a South African charity which provides education scholarships to build the next generation of leaders. She also serves on the Development Board of the English National Ballet helping them with their environmental agenda and bringing more diversity to the stage.
