Collaboration and community building are powerful tools for achieving meaningful and impactful outcomes. Our biggest environmental and societal challenges will be managed not by individual action but by collective movement that share knowledge, resources, and expertise. So what do we know about creating valuable partnerships and community-built solutions? To enlighten us on success stories and pitfalls, Jean Oelwang, founding CEO and Trustee of Virgin Unite, will share with us the findings from her book Partnering. Her interviews with over 60 business and life partnerships - including Desmond and Leah Tutu, and Ben and Jerry - reveal how to nurture relationships with depth and purpose, and why we should all create space for collaboration in our lives.

Featuring three “Future Windows”, this AR installation uses speculative design to take you on a voyage using visuals and sound through a city of the future that is not a fantasy, but rather a possibility grounded in real solutions. During the experience, you’ll visit the “Walkable City”, followed by the “Symbiotic city” and lastly the “Rewilded city”. These three windows show you a metropolis teeming with vitality, yet resonating with a newfound serenity. A city that pulsates with life and breathes with ease—a city on the cusp of transcending the notion of the urban environment.

We all have fears, but how often do we openly acknowledge their existence? And how can we expect to lead others if they cannot relate to us? In this talk, Svein Harald will share with us the five underlying psychological fears that we all have, as well as ‘the mother of all fears’. Together, we’ll seek to understand them, and then - here comes the hard part - we’ll meet and challenge them. So if you’re looking for a little bit of courage, find it with this crowd and learn how to become braver in your work and personal life.

Snorre Paulsen Vikingsen from Pinecone Leadership will guide us in a plenary meditation to deepen our presence and connect with inner and outer nature. The meditation is a 15-minute journey inspired by the Sámi indigenous tradition.

Drawing from her passion and expertise, Maria seeks to enhance our understanding of the intricate interplay between the mind and body, empowering us to achieve harmony within ourselves. Gong Sound Bath, Robert Hagala (19.00 - 20.00)
Robert Halaga, a lifelong explorer of music, vibrations, and the mysteries of the universe. With a PhD in astrophysics, he possesses both a scholarly and intuitive grasp of energy and sound. Discovering his passion for the gong in 2019, he fell deeply in love with its ethereal allure, immersing himself in its profound resonance and effortless flow. With years of practice in meditation, yoga, breathwork, as well as training in Shamanism and Tantra, Robert developed a holistic fascination with the interconnectedness of the Universe, individuals, society, nature, science, and spirituality.
