Snorre is the Co-founder and "Chief Ecosystem Operator" of Pinecone Leadership, a community of leaders practicing conscious leadership and regenerative growth. Pinecone is offering nature based leadership programs and retreats to bring together the growing movement of conscious leaders in "inner and outer expeditions" and share our most valuable experiences. Before he founded Pinecone Leadership Snorre has been working with impact for 10+ years through strategy, investing, NGOs and as a co-founder of two tech startups before he realized that real change only happens from within. Today he is facilitating a community of 100 leaders and works as a board member, meditation trainer and leadership developer.
