Nikki is the Strategic Partnerships Director of Ashoka Europe, previously the Country Co-Director of Ashoka UK & Ireland with a core focus on partnerships to embed radical collaboration and a focus on system change for a better world into the corporate landscape. Before joining Ashoka, Nikki successfully led the Social Innovation Strategy for New Zealand’s National Innovation Agency to change the funding landscape for social entrepreneurs in the country. She has mentored social enterprises in accelerator programs and helped raise significant funds for New Zealand’s largest social enterprise at the time. She believes in the power of business to drive social change and has first-hand experience in bringing the B-Corp business community together in Australia to learn from one another and inspire others to join the movement.
