Nichola has over 20 years of experience working with children and young adults as a practitioner and in international education. She has worked in the Philippines, UK, Brazil, China, Portugal, and Norway. She strives to close the gap between our fast-paced changing world and more static education systems. Nichola thrives off collaborative opportunities with the aim to work together across areas of expertise in order to rethink education through designing relevant, significant, engaging, and challenging learning experiences for learners. She believes that we have the responsibility to ensure education systems live up to their purpose and that, through education, everyone has the opportunity to become agents of positive change.
