Daniella is the CEO of Snowball, a diversified investment fund that aims to create positive outcomes for people and the planet whilst generating competitive financial returns. She passionately believes that the financial system needs to create better-quality returns, based on a sustainable and equitable future for humanity.

Daniella also serves as a non-executive director at InterContinental Hotels Group Plc, as a Trustee of the Institute for the Future of Work, and as a Senior Advisor for the Forward Institute.
