Chisom Udeze is an Economist, 3X founder and a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Strategist. Since 2018, she has founded three impact companies, including Diversify, Diversify Consult and HerSpace, which works to amplify DEIB in the Nordics and across the world. She is also the co-founder and COO of Alego, a company that uses modular vessels to transport goods and services via inland waterways in West Africa.

She has lived and worked in seven different countries and has several years of experience as a consultant for organizations such as the EU, ExxonMobil, Boston Consulting Group, the U.N., and the Economist Group. She has also had DEI related articles published in Forbes.

Chisom holds multiple degrees at undergraduate and post-graduate levels in economics, international business, and public administration. She also has an additional post-graduate certificate in diversity and inclusion from Harvard University.
